Position Title: Food Production Manager - Renton, WA

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000

Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of production employees in order to prepare and deliver finished food products to the serving areas in an efficient, timely and proper manner.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of production employees in order to prepare and deliver a finished food product to the serving areas in an efficient, timely and proper manner

+ Oversees cooking and kitchen operations while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the staff

+ Prepares or directs preparation of meals by corporate programs and guidelines

+ Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Foodservice manufacturing operations experience required

+ Strong leadership skills

+ Desire to work with an industry leader
