Position: Forklift Operator – Shipping Department
Location: Tulare, CA
Shift: 1st Shift (Day Shift)
Pay Rate: $18.54 per hour
Overview
We are currently hiring a Forklift Operator to join the shipping department of a leading pistachio processing facility in Tulare. This is a great opportunity for a dependable individual with forklift experience who is eager to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack product within the shipping department.
Stage and organize pallets for outgoing shipments.
Verify product information and ensure accuracy against shipping documentation.
Assist with maintaining accurate inventory within the shipping and receiving areas.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues to management.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
Support team members and perform additional warehouse or shipping tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior forklift operating experience required.
Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse environments preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork and product handling.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay Rate: $18.54 per hour
