La La Land is looking for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to support our Creative Director in bringing our brand to life across in-store and digital touchpoints. This role will be responsible for designing in-store elements (LTOs), printed and digital materials —including menus, cups, labels, toast boxes, and more. You will also play a key role in collaborations, product launches, and new store openings , ensuring every visual detail aligns with La La Land’s signature style. Additionally, you’ll help design assets for the La La Land Foundation , furthering our mission to support foster youth.

What You’ll Do:

• Design in-store promotional materials , including LTOs, signage, packaging, and branded merchandise.
• Create digital assets for marketing, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Support collaborations and product launches by designing promotional content and packaging.
• Assist with new store openings , crafting eye-catching visuals for launch events, in-store displays, and promotional materials.
• Design assets for the La La Land Foundation , including event graphics, fundraising materials, and awareness campaigns.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to execute design needs that align with brand aesthetics.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh, innovative ideas.

• A creative, detail-oriented designer with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) .
• Experienced in print production and understanding print specifications.
• Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced changes.
• Passionate about creating elevated and engaging brand experiences .
• Experience in food & beverage or retail branding.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or illustration .
• Understanding of sustainable packaging and eco-friendly materials.
