Will be expected to give direction and guidance to Logistics Analysts and Team Capacity members. Ensure a safe and professional work environment.This role would be great for a recent or new grad with a Supply Chain or Business Management Degree.

Responsibilities: - Ensure the coordination of the daily recording and documentation of all logistics assignments related to Truck Load Brokerage and Capacity Team
- Ensure the coordination of the daily communication with all Internal and Contracted personnel
- Maintain customer and carrier negotiations in absolute real time to ensure maximum communications, service standards, and profitability
- Ensure all proper shipping documentation is completed and processed
- Participate in after hours and week-end related activity as needed or scheduled
- Operate in accordance with Federal and Company guidelines regarding operation of commercial motor vehicles
- Maintain accurate reports and data as needed to provide essential information for Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain the highest level of safety for all Glen Raven and Contracted personnel
- Maintain and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- This role will be required to work in an office setting with close proximity to other team members
Experience & Education: - Associates Degree in Business or related field or equivalent education and related training
- Zero to Three years of previous related experience is preferred

Glen Raven Logistics is recruiting for a Truckload Brokerage Manager. This role is responsible for maintaining effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Service Department specifically targeted towards the Truck Load / Freight Brokerage segment.
Responsibilities: - Under the guidance of the management team to align Truck Load/ Freight Brokerage department policies and systems with the company's objectives
- Manage policies and procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Truck Load/ Freight Brokerage department
- Manage customer and carrier negotiations in absolute real time to ensure maximum communications, service standards, and profitability
- Monitors programs and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Glen Raven Logistics systems and processes
- Oversee and participate in after hours and week end related activity as needed or scheduled
- Oversee processes for employees training and development
- Oversees customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution
- Manage providing feedback to Operations and Sales teams to ensure all have accurate and timely information
- Assist in business development objectives set forth by President and Vice President of Sales
- Assist in the development, negotiations, and integration of 3rd party service providers into the Glen Raven Logistics network
- Assist in the management of information technology systems to ensure all operational systems are continuously evaluated for proper operation, relevance and utilization and ensure company is migrates toward technology offerings that will generate higher efficiency, enhanced reporting and tracking capabilities and substantial ROI.
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent education and related training
