Brand Ambassadors are the entry point for future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren, offering opportunities to write your next great chapter. Responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset. Understanding sales objectives and consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.), utilizing key tools and resources to drive performance. Contributing to the achievement of sales plans by collaborating with the team to uphold standards of excellence. Connecting with customers through the Polo Connect program. Demonstrating passion and knowledge of fashion and styling. Educating customers on available programs, initiatives, resources, and offerings. Providing customer service in fitting rooms, assisting with sizing, and maintaining store standards. Maintaining store standards, policies, and processes, including opening and closing responsibilities. Supporting operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment. Participating in training sessions on compliance, products, processes, talent development, and company initiatives. Balancing tasks effectively while prioritizing customer experience. Providing feedback to management on products and category opportunities. Maintaining visual standards and using visual techniques per company guidelines. Supporting a professional, positive work environment, championing company values, and collaborating with colleagues to foster an inclusive team environment. Salary Range: $16.66 - $19.72 hourly Experience, Skills & Knowledge: Retail or similar industry experience in high-volume or high-profile environments preferred. Effective communication skills with customers and team members. Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, work with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb as needed. Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for extended periods. Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekend, overnight shifts, and travel as required. Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
