Skilled production work that requires energetic candidates who would be willing to perform a variety of hands-on duties.

Responsibilities:

• Strong attention to detail and operational workflow to effectively track and analyze the status within the packaging process.
• Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to influence with credibility, analysis and judgment.
• Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Must recognize and follow process and procedures while evaluating and improving.
• Quick thinking and able make sound judgment in resolving fulfillment issues.
• Self-starter who works well under limited direction. Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and drive.
• Ensure compliance with customers’ needs for documentation.
• Knowledge of UPS, Fed Ex, and Common Carriers (LTL and TL) a plus.
• The organization and thoroughness to see projects from preparation through tear down.
• Must enjoy a high level of manual dexterity/hand-eye coordination
• Have possession of a current driver’s license
• Hilo experience a plus
• Lifting to 50+ pounds
