• Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm schedule with one evening per week
• 32 patient contact hours with 8 admin hours (can work from home)
• Call schedule only 1:8 with nurse practitioner triage support
• 15 - 20 patients per day in adult-only primary care practice
• Full support staff including nurses and resource specialists
• Immigration attorney support for visa candidates (not capped)
• Integrated behavioral health model reduces provider burnout
• Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine or family medicine

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
