1st shift 7:45 am to 4:30 pm
Responsible for assembling, loading, unloading, and moving office furniture and materials for delivery or relocation projects. Requires physical strength, teamwork, and customer service skills to safely and efficiently handle office equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and disassemble office furniture, including desks, chairs, tables, cabinets, and drawers.
Lift and transport heavy office materials to and from trucks, buildings, and designated areas.
Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, carrying, and using repetitive motions throughout the workday.
Safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance or team support.
Work collaboratively with crew members to complete moves efficiently and on time.
Interact professionally with customers and the public during pick-ups, deliveries, and installations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is handled with care.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items regularly.
Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Basic mechanical aptitude for furniture assembly.
Positive attitude and professional appearance when interacting with clients.
