Lake Wisconsin Country Club, a semi-private, member-owned club located just 25 miles from Madison, Wisconsin, is known for its challenging par-70 golf course, vibrant social events, and picturesque lakefront setting. With its inviting clubhouse and popular events like the Friday Night Fish Fry and Monday Night Golf League, the Club is a cherished destination for members and guests alike.

The Club is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of its operations, manage staff, and align activities with the Club’s strategic goals. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional member and guest experience while fostering a collaborative and professional environment for employees. The General Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors and committees to uphold the Club’s mission and vision.

Qualified candidates should have proven hospitality leadership experience, including expertise in managing private clubs, resorts, or similar organizations. Strong financial acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to lead member engagement, event management, and daily operations are essential. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to team development, and a track record of delivering high-quality service.
