Position Summary The
Store Manager leads daily operations and creates a positive, customer-focused environment. You'll be responsible for achieving financial goals, managing staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience every day.
Must be 18 years or older to apply. All offers are contingent upon criminal background check and drug screening. Key Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming, friendly environment.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and lead store employees to deliver exceptional performance.
- Manage store operations including inventory, cash control, labor scheduling, and expense management.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain attractive and accurate product displays, pricing, and promotional signage.
- Complete all required reports and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Model professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic to the entire team.
- Perform hands-on operational tasks, including cashiering, restocking, and store maintenance as needed.
- Partner with the District Manager to achieve company objectives and operational excellence.

- Comfortable performing repetitive motions and working in a confined space for extended periods.
