Regents School of Austin, a K-12 Christian private school, is seeking enthusiastic Grammar School teachers (K-6) to join our vibrant community. We have currently filled all positions for the 2025-26 year but occasionally have openings during the school year. Applying now as part of our continuous recruitment cycle will allow you to be considered for future staffing needs, but you will likely not have any next steps in the process until winter or spring 2026.

Successful Grammar candidates will live out a Christian lifestyle and demonstrate a Christian worldview in their daily actions. See our Philosophy and Doctrinal Statement below for more information. Qualified candidates will have at least a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred), five years (preferred) of relevant classroom experience and Christian maturity that demonstrates a desire and capacity to create a healthy classroom environment.

Applicants should also have experience and expertise in the following:

• Understanding pedagogical skills and objectives in a classical, Christian model.
• Interacting with students, parents, faculty, and administrators with strong interpersonal competency.
• Articulating the integration of curricular education with biblical spiritual formation and discipleship.
• Communicating with a high level of self-awareness, compassion, and composure.

Board members, administration, faculty, coaches and other instructional personnel of Regents School, whether full-time, part-time or volunteer, must subscribe to our Purpose, Mission, Philosophy, Objectives and Doctrinal Statement, evidenced by their signing a statement of agreement with Article II annually. As a supplement, the Regents Board of Directors has adopted two additional statements as clarifying language under Article II. The Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy - This was adopted in 2017 by the Board to be clear on our view of the inerrancy of Scripture. Nashville Statement: A Coalition for Biblical Sexuality - This was adopted by the Board in 2019 as clarifying language on our view of biblical sexuality.

Regents School of Austin is committed to attracting and retaining outstanding employees through a compensation plan that compares favorably with those of regional peer schools. A full benefits package is made available including medical/dental/vision insurance; short and long term disability insurance (school-paid); life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance (school-paid), and additional voluntary life insurance to all full time employees. Regents maintains a 401k retirement plan. In addition to a recently implemented employer-match contribution, full time employees are eligible to receive profit sharing employer contributions after a designated year of service.
