* 2+ years of experience in finance, fintech, consulting, venture capital, tech or B2B sales

* Preferably experience in a high-growth startup environment.

* Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university

* Charismatic, dynamic, hungry

* Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes 

* Resilience and grit

* Problem-solver who navigates the unknown confidently.

* Relentless about continuous career growth. 

* Incredibly intelligent and clever

Responsibilities:

* Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and activation for Enterprise clients, driving revenue growth.

* Develop and execute strategies for hunting new opportunities, delivering product demos, and closing deals by engaging with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to hit quarterly and annual targets.

* Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, offer expert advice, and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

* Stay results-focused by driving pipeline growth, hitting revenue goals, and maintaining accurate forecasts, while also leading and motivating others across the organization.

* Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, and cross-functional teams.

* Work closely with product, design, solutions, and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and incorporate it into the product development process.

* Work directly with CEO and co-founders to scale business 🤝
