Unique Homes LLC in Minneapolis, MN is looking for home health aide to join our team. We are located on 3940 46th Ave N. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise physical and mental patient health.
• Manage and organized client grocers as needed.
• Resident home up keeping and Cleaning as needed.
• Effectively communicate any dietary or medical needs to family and staff.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed.
• Maintain records and documents of patients cared for.
• Other details as stated in the Assisted Living regulation / Manuel
• Etc.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a health aid.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable of nutrition and hygiene standards as they apply.
• Knowledge about modern technology computer and Smart devices.
• Driver license and reliable transportation.
