Responsibilities An Automotive Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles. Perform typical managerial duties, such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals. Customer service skills must be excellent, and you're able to speak to anyone naturally.
