We are currently seeking a part-time Housing Navigator (with a possibility to eventually become Full Time) with Housing Navigation experience , to provide support and assistance for our unhoused members that entail housing preparedness, permanent housing placement and provide access to housing assistance programs.

Main Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Navigate clients to programs that will assist with stable and safe housing;
• Case management, such as implementing and developing a housing plan for each client to determine appropriate service requirements and permanent housing interventions;
• Ensure members have the required items to secure housing i.e. income verification, valid ID, etc.;
• Ability to navigate through HMIS and utilize the program effectively;
• Assist clients with the completion of housing applications and securing housing;
• Conduct housing visitations to assess placement appropriateness unique to member's needs (an active driver's license issued in the state of CA is necessary for this position);
