Overview:

We are seeking an HRIS Project Manager to lead and deliver HR technology initiatives across our HRIS landscape. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HRIS projects (implementations, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades), partner closely with HR, IT, and vendors, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Experience with Workday is preferred , but candidates with strong delivery experience on any HRIS platform are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HRIS projects from planning through execution and go-live
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
  • Manage vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
  • Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover activities
  • Track project risks, dependencies, and budgets; provide regular status updates
  • Ensure change management, documentation, and user readiness
  • Support post-implementation stabilization and optimization

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in HRIS projects
  • Hands-on experience delivering HRIS implementations or major enhancements
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (Core HR, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with vendors and system integrators

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday implementation or support experience
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
  • Experience with data migration, integrations, or multi-country rollouts
