Our client, a growing health care provider in the Private Care industry, is adding to their growing team and seeking a people-focused and highly motivated HR Coordinator who is excited to build their career in Human Resources. This role is essential in supporting employees across various entities by managing onboarding, compliance, benefits enrollment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to assist employees at all levels with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits.

You'll be come a vital part of our culture and help drive human resources policies and procedures at the corporate level. We are seeking an organized and hands-on candidate who is looking for a long-term career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Compliance & Employee Support:

• Assist employees in benefits enrollment and onboarding , ensuring a smooth transition.
• Manage I-9 verification, LOAs, and compliance with labor regulations .
• Provide support to employees, including those unfamiliar with digital HR systems.

Data & Payroll Support:

• Maintain accurate employee records using Excel and HR software .
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits enrollments, and terminations .
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws .

Culture & Engagement:

• Coordinate employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives .
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture .

Qualifications:

• HR Experience: 1+ years in HR (onboarding, benefits, compliance).
• Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) .
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and CRM or HRIS software .
• Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred): Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
• Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy.

$45,000-$48,000 base salary.

Position is Onsite in our satellite office in Canoga Park
