Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Project Manager to lead and oversee heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects from concept to completion. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC installations in both new construction and retrofit projects. You’ll work closely with technicians, clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Team Supervision: Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and subcontractors, ensuring all work aligns with project requirements and quality standards. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and vendors. Maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment on project objectives. Budget Management: Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and track expenses to ensure financial efficiency. Scheduling & Coordination: Create and manage schedules, coordinating teams and milestones to keep projects on track. Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control standards to guarantee that all installations meet industry codes and project specifications. Risk Assessment: Identify potential issues early and implement strategies to mitigate risk and avoid delays. Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain standards. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation including drawings, permits, and progress reports. Project Closeout: Manage final walkthroughs, punch lists, and handoff procedures to ensure a smooth project close. Required Skills & Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and applicable codes and regulations Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Education & Experience: 5 years' experience in HVAC Project Management Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or a related field Join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions that meet both technical standards and client expectations.
