We foster a culture built around teamwork, integrity, and continuous growth.HVAC Sales Responsibilities:Prepare cost estimates for HVAC systems to include equipment replacement and Preventative Maintenance Contracts.Take-off material and provide accurate estimating for maintenance contracts and equipment replacement.Prospect for new clients and opportunities in the Commercial market.Submit proposals to customers, finalize pricing and complete internal setups promptly.Develop relationships with existing and new customersSurvey HVAC Equipment and prepare estimatesGood understanding of qualifying prospects. Ability to prospect through different channels.Build relationships with local associations. Ability to manage relationships and close leads.
