Manages the project work as defined by the government. Leads medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects. Provides highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
**Please note: This job requires an existing NSA Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph** VMWare experience a must with Windows/Linux. Help desk environment. At least one late shift required until 6pm M-F. Patch days will require resources to assist later in the evening and flexing time during the week or EWW Responsibilities and Duties: - Provides support for a program, organization system, or enclave's information assurance program.
- Provides support for proposing, coordinating implementing, and enforcing Information systems security policies, standards and methodologies.
- Provide end-to-end computer support for the RD organization from the end user's desktop to the back-end servers (Domain controllers, Exchange, VWware, etc) & everything in between, including network and &connectivity to the Enterprise.
Experience Needed: - Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
- Existing Clearance Required: Active Top-Secret SCI with Poly
- Minimum education and experience level: High School/GED with twenty (20) years of relevant experience. Associate's degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
- Manages the project work as defined by the government.
- Leads medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects.
- Provides highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
- ISSO skill set, Azure experience a plus
- Fundamental understanding of cloud computing including the concepts of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Also, understand the benefits and drawbacks of operating in the cloud as compared to traditional on-premise infrastructure.
