Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Thursday
• 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machine to cast products from thermoplastic materials
• Mold products according to specifications under heat and pressure
• Run controls to start the flow of water and release air pressure to the machine
• Set timing and temperature units and start the automatic feed mechanism
• Adjust controls to conform to specifications
• Remove the workpiece from the mold and trim excess material
• Reuse excess material or unsatisfactory workpieces by regrinding them
• Examine, inspect, and measure raw materials
• Install dies on machines according to specifications
• Follow a formula to mix thermoplastic materials and coloring pigments in a mixing machine
• Monitor machine temperature, the volume of material, pressure, and speed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear

Position Requirements:

• Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience is a plus
• May need to stand for long periods
• Work in various weather and temperature conditions
• Excellent communication, time-management, and collaboration skills
• May need to bend, squat, push, pull, and lift frequently
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Great attendance and punctual
