This is not your typical sales job. As an agent protg, you will get paid to learn the business from an experienced mentor agent and help grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community. This hands on paid position is perfect for someone wanting to know what a typical day is like in insurance, and has the desire to run an agency one day. No insurance experience necessary. Full training is provided. We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large portion of that is due to the training and assistance we provide.

Position Overview:
As an Insurance Agency Owner , you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of insurance products to prospective clients. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others protect their assets and achieve financial security. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Going through a program and working closely with a top agent and district manager to reach appropriate sales goals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Educating clients on various insurance products and coverage options.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Staying updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed advice to clients.
