Are you able to communicate effectively with clients and others such as suppliers, drafters, general contractors, subcontractors, and of course, your teammates? Problem-Solving Skills? Are you able to address challenges, such as spiraling costs or sudden unavailability of selected materials, while keeping the project on time and within budget? Multitasking Skills? The ability to excel at managing multiple projects at one time is a must. A genuine passion for kitchen, bath, and interior design? A clean and neat appearance while understanding the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor when dealing with clients, architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project neighbors.
