Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst/Associate to join our Investor Relations team. This role will play a critical part in supporting investor communications, preparing marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet the needs of our institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain investor materials, including presentations, executive summaries, case studies, DDQs, and annual meeting documents.
  • Manage the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and due diligence requests, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Support senior Managing Directors in developing customized materials for both existing and prospective institutional investors.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as investment, compliance, operations, portfolio management, and business development to ensure alignment on investor relations initiatives.
  • Contribute to thought leadership efforts by conducting research and writing insights on the private credit market.
  • Mentor junior team members and interns to enhance their professional development.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay informed on industry trends through research and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in private funds investor relations, marketing, sales, asset management, consulting, or investment banking.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals in a results-driven environment.
  • Strong interest in finance, investing, and investor relations.
  • Solid understanding of alternative investments and financial markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a team player attitude.

Compensation:

The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other economics. Total compensation may vary by role, location, department, and individual performance.
