Compensation

Salary Range: $61.61 - $92.84 / hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Pay for PRN positions is calculated differently than Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, and Part-Time positions. PRN Rates depend on the position and other factors, including years of experience, or shift commitment according to the department policy. PRN differential is added in certain positions.

Responsibilities

IS Project Manager

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will assume ownership for managing the implementation and post-live maintenance and operation of assigned projects. Will create the assigned application's business objectives, scope, and project plan including tasks, timelines and goals to be achieved. Manages day-to-day activities of functional team to accomplish goals including prioritization of team task activities, managing available resources, manages to budgetary guidelines, cross-functional integration/alignment with other teams and execution of plans and deliverables. Monitors assigned projects from initiation through project delivery or Go-live. Will work closely with stakeholders and Information Systems Director in assessing risk and addressing any issues in meeting project plans and deliverables on time, within scope and established budget constraints.

Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field and a minimum of four (4) years' experience working with Hospital information systems, supporting application software, analyzing business problems and project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or obtain certification within 24 months in position).

* Specialized knowledge of integrated hospital systems

* Knowledge of analysis, debugging and standard project management tools

Preferred:

* Meditech software support experience

* Microsoft office automation applications
