Job Overview:

The Part-Time Administrative Assistant, 20 hours a week, will be responsible for providing crucial support to our team by managing administrative duties and handling financial data. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess strong organizational skills, and have a solid background in financial record-keeping and reporting. Beyond a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.50 to $26.00 per hour, this position holds the exciting potential for your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:

  • Manage and prioritize daily office tasks
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, correspondence, and reports
  • Organize and file documents both physically and electronically
  • Assist with procurement and management of construction materials

• Financial Data Handling:

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Assist in generating financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure financial data is accurately recorded and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of financial principles and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a small business
• Experience working in the construction industry
