We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at enhancing our brand presence and driving customer engagement.

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay Range: $20.25 - $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Manage and update social media profiles and engage with followers
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• Create and edit marketing content for various channels including blogs, emails, and websites
• Coordinate logistics for events, including promotional material and venue arrangements
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project management

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic market data to inform marketing strategies.
