Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Scrum Master to support our Agile teams in delivering high-impact integration projects . The ideal candidate will have foundational Scrum knowledge, hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, and a strong understanding of system integration processes. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their Agile career while contributing to complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed product backlog.
• Help identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.
• Track and report on key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
• Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders involved in integration efforts.
• Ensure alignment between development, QA, DevOps, and external systems teams.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile team support role.
• Exposure to or experience with integration projects (e.g., APIs, middleware, data pipelines).
• Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of integration testing.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and multi-vendor environments.
