This role supports both internal projects and external client deliverables. Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys including boundary, topographic, and construction layout
• Operate surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and data collectors
• Compile field data and prepare maps and drawings using AutoCAD or Civil 3D
• Assist in interpreting site data and supporting permit or planning applications
• Collaborate with project managers and technical consultants to ensure accuracy

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of land surveying or related experience
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other drafting software
• Strong understanding of field procedures and measurement standards
• SIT certification or working toward licensure a plus
