We are seeking a Lead R&D Engineer/Scientist to work on the research, testing, and evaluation of refrigerant flammability properties to ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations. The engineer will work on the development and assessment of low-global-warming-potential (GWP) refrigerants, conduct flammability test, and effectively communicate technical information to industry and customers to assist their transition to new environmentally safer refrigerant substitutes.

The annual base salary range for this position is $139,000 - $174,000 for Buffalo, NY. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
