At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a high-performing Leasing Consultant to help lead leasing operations at a student housing community in Clemson, SC.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced leasing agent who’s passionate about driving occupancy and managing marketing campaigns. With full control over leasing strategies and community engagement, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by a supportive team and a modern property built in 2020.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and retention through strategic leasing strategies 
• Manage property marketing, including social media and resident events
• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in student housing leasing management
• Strong background in social media and marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to drive occupancy and retention
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Earn up to $21/hour + $1,200 quarterly bonus potential + $35 per lease
