Position Summary

We are seeking Level 3 Lift Maintenance Technicians to join our Mountain Operations team. As a Lift Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our lifts. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, maintaining, and repairing lift equipment in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations. Exciting Opportunity: There is a $2000 sign-on bonus , split into two payments of $1000 after 6 months and $1000 after 12 months of work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all lift equipment, from conveyors to high-speed detachable quads.
• Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance and inspections during the winter operating season, as well as respond to lift breakdowns.
• Perform thorough inspections of all lift components, tower work, and grip and chair maintenance during the summer season.
• Work on hydraulic systems, braking systems, rigging, and gasoline and diesel engines up to 900 Hp, along with low voltage safety circuits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of mechanical or electrical experience.
• Experience with detachable lifts is a plus.
• Ability to work under timelines and pressure.
• Willingness to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures is essential.
• Ability to climb and work at substantial heights and in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift and carry loads up to 100 pounds.
• Valid driver's license is necessary.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Strong awareness of safety concerns and established protocols.
