We are seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and a dedication to providing high-quality massage services to our guests. We are seeking someone who has the flexibility in their schedule to accommodate our guests' needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide a range of massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other therapeutic techniques.
Assess guests’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and maintained.
Uphold the resort’s standards of excellence in customer service.
Manage scheduling and bookings independently.
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided.
Requirements:
Valid massage therapy license in the state of Minnesota.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a massage therapist.
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their benefits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
