Job Summary

The LPN with Clinics is accountable for providing high quality professional care to patients and families under the supervision of the provider in their scope of practice.
Position is a float position providing support at the Carlson Street Clinic.

Education and/or Experience

Previous clinic experience preferred
Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing required

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Basic Life Support required within 30 days of hire

Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota upon hire

Work Schedule

Clinic hours: 8:00am-5:00pm; 72 hours every 2 weeks
