We are growing rapidly and looking for team members who want to help us build our future. We just opened our New York office and currently have an opening for a Paralegal on our Employment Team .

We are looking for a paralegal who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, high follow-through, and has a through understanding of how the legal process works. Our paralegals work one-to-one with their assigned attorney, so you get a great opportunity to become your attorney's right hand.

• Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation.
• Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and perform other assigned tasks.

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, employment litigation experience a plus .
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (which isn't rarely).
