Location: Phoenix area, Arizona Job Summary: We are looking for a Loan Transaction Coordinator serves as a liaison between borrowers, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and processed efficiently from application to funding. Key Responsibilities Shopping around for different lenders, chose and submitted the loan. Coordinate the loan process from initial application through final funding. Communicate with lenders and title companies to gather required documents. Track deadlines and ensure all loan conditions are met on time. Schedule and confirm closings with all parties involved. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending guidelines and document requirements. •Update loan status and progress regularly. Qualifications and Skills Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in loan processing, real estate, escrow, or related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Bilingual abilities (Mandarin) are a plus. Investment Management.
