Requirements

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (e.g., DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn
• Additional Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior internship or relevant work experience in finance or consulting
• Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Python)
• Knowledge of industry trends and M&A activity
