Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a top provider of workforce management services, dedicated to connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities. We are currently seeking a Mail Clerk for a law firm specializing in personal injury, wildfire litigation, and civil rights cases.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail.
• Fulfill mail requests from the firm.
• Enter data into case management systems.
• Assist reception with deliveries.
• Maintain and order office supplies.
• Operate mail platforms (USPS, FedEx, UPS, Pitney Bowes).
• Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, and completing assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a client or customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience with office equipment and mail systems (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• Physical ability to lift packages (up to 25 lbs.), bend, reach, and sit for long periods.
• Availability to work onsite in San Diego.
