Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Position entails the following.

• Need to check in and check out packages. This entails writing the name on the packages, scanning to enter the package or mail into the tracking system and then scan out when picked up.
• Have a driver's license so they can deliver the mail to the departments on campus and take the mail into the United States Postal Service in Emmitsburg to drop off the mail and packages in the afternoon.
• Assist with the mail when necessary. This could entail sorting by name or department or assisting with adding the postage via the postage meter.
• Assist with deliveries of packages and supplies using the Mount Receiving van.
• Assist with jobs at the Print Shop. This would be making copies and possibly binding booklets for teachers. We also make posters with the HP poster printer.

Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to use computer (windows).
• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Must be able to work well with others.

Minimum Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Part Time (20 hours per week)
