OneMain Financial is looking for a Manager to join our Card Analytics team in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a leader to help grow our credit card business. In this critical role, this leader will be responsible for growing the card business by having a significant responsibility within the Cards Existing Customer Management team, providing direct support to the operations team.
In the Role
A successful candidate will expand their competencies and grow their business and industry acumen, as well as demonstrate the ability to work on complex processes or projects across the end-to-end project cycle. They will gain knowledge to suggest new answers to old questions, develop insights and push the traditional boundaries of the lending industry.

Target base salary range is $120,000 – $160,000 . which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
