Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits.
Deliver powerful results

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Manager of Operational Strategy, with a Bachelor's degree, and at least 2 - 5 years of work experience in management consulting or project management who is fueled by a passion for team success and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has:
  • Strong ownership skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities, overcome challenges, and drive projects to successful completion
  • Experience managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Hands-on experience with managing requisitions on Coupa, or similar spend management platforms is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the real estate sector, or other mission-driven, fast-growth organizations is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and monitor the progress of scaling and real estate projects, proactively flagging and resolving issues to keep projects on track
  • Develop scalable systems to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors and personnel, ensuring they work efficiently, effectively, and with accountability
  • Maintain effective and efficient records of real estate project progress by leveraging spreadsheets and project management software
  • Aggregate and synthesize project information into concise, actionable memos and reports to support decision-making at both the board and leadership level
  • Design and implement robust tracking systems to manage real estate opportunities and transactions, ensuring high levels of organization and the ability to retrieve and analyze information quickly and effectively
  • Conduct research as needed and synthesize data to provide insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Excel in internal and external communications, maintaining clear, persuasive, and frequent contact to move quickly on securing deals
  • Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are hiring for an immediate opening and onboarding on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience in construction project management and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
