Overview We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Web Content Designer to join our Marketing Team. This role will focus on keeping our Wix website fresh and engaging while also supporting the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and event coverage. The ideal candidate has a mix of web editing skills, design sensibility, and media experience, and thrives in a collaborative, artistic environment. Responsibilities Maintain and regularly update the organization’s Wix website with fresh content, visuals, and event information. Design flyers, social media graphics, and other promotional materials that align with brand standards. Assist with video editing for promotional, event, and program-related content. Support the contract cinematographer with event coverage (e.g., filming, photography, behind-the-scenes assistance). Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Associate to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns. Help manage social media content creation and scheduling when needed. Ensure all marketing assets are visually engaging, accurate, and consistent across platforms. Time Commitment 40 hours a week; schedule may vary depending on organizational needs. Some weekend work may be required. Qualifications Proficiency with Wix (or similar web platforms) for content updates and site maintenance. Strong design sensibility with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools. Comfortable assisting with event media coverage (photography, filming, supporting production). Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content best practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills. Prior experience in marketing, design, or media (nonprofit or arts-related experience is a plus).
