Description Purpose of the Position: We’re looking for a high-energy, creative, and hands-on Marketing Assistant to jump into the action with our team. If you are someone who thrives on fast-paced environments, loves to make ideas happen, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to bring marketing efforts come to life – we want you. You’ll help us run the show behind the scenes: organizing logistics, creating content, supporting brand events, and making sure every detail of our campaign runs smoothly. This is a chance to build real-world experience while having a real impact. Primary Duties: Assist with organizing activations, event logistics and campaign rollouts Help with our influencer program Assist marketing teams with projects through assisting in photo sessions Manage circle card program Upload and maintain copy and content for digital properties across multiple channels. Maintain organization of marketing assets for easy accessibility in Dropbox Support social media initiatives with video content (hot shop, instore and customer interactions) Ensure all product launches, promotions, and events are asset ready Measurements of Performance (Ongoing) On time delivery of photography and marketing needs glassybaby brand standards are not only met, but elevated Successful partnerships and credibility with all internal stake holders Requirements Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities Passionate about branding, events and culture Work as a proactive, supportive, self-directed team member, upholding a positive attitude and demonstrated ability to perform work in a team environment, not solely as an individual contributor. Knowledgeable about the glassybaby products and how they are created. Willingness to be adaptive and learn new skills as needed to perform a wide variety of tasks within the marketing department. Strong organizational skills with a high standard of attention to detail. Professional, courteous, and clear verbal communication skills. Initiative-taker and proactive; able to work independently without supervision. Excellent work ethic. Punctual, reliable, working in person with occasional evening/weekends Ability to think quickly and critically, with excellent problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses Education in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar work experience Social media-savvy with an eye for what’s trending Physical Demands Ability to regularly lift-up to 35 pounds and rarely lift to 50 pounds. Frequent standing and walking. Must be able to work in conditions that are impacted by weather and climate. Must be able to speak and hear well enough to conduct conversations. Vision abilities are critical and include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to work in an environment where noise level is usually moderate.
