GENERAL RESPONSIBLITIES:

•Turn ideas into Insta-worthy art! Your canvas? Our social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. Bring your creative flair to paint the town with engaging content that stops the scroll and makes our brand pop!

•Support Chief Revenue Officer and General Managers in achieving KPIs and benchmarks for topline activities.

•Work closely with Chief Revenue officer to create and implement building out marketing procedures, processes, and systems

•Work closely with Chief Revenue officer to create Marketing SOPs and reporting

•Increase rooms, event space & restaurant booking opportunities by marketing on social media

•Work with the Chief Revenue Officer in developing and implementing the annual sales and marketing plan

•Establish the property's brand through elevated storytelling to reach the property's target demographic with rich content and engagement

•Work closely with all vendors and Chief Revenue Officer to streamline processes in communicating direction to the agency partners and ensure standards are met for ad copy, email marketing, display advertising, and other media

•Optimize performance for all social media and e-commerce spend by being analytic and nimble

•Aggressively solicit, host, and coordinate with on-brand influencers and travel writers for all revenue generating outlets

•Optimize performance for all marketing related spend

•Leverage cross sell opportunities amongst all Aatmos properties.

Requirements

College or higher-level education

Preferred, 3 years of sales or marketing experience

Preferred, 1 year of Graphic Design experience

Must be a strong leader, self-motivator, team builder

Willing to travel and must possess a valid driver's license

Must be willing and able to sign Aatmos non-disclosure, non-solicitation, and non-compete agreements
