Marketing Manager
to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the vaporizer industry, with a passion for innovative products and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies by creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote their vaporizer products, including online and offline campaigns, social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and more.
Manage and maintain the company's brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth. Utilize data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive business results.
Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing, to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
Coordinate and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to showcase our products and engage with customers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the vaporizer or cannabis industry preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools is a plus.
Compensation: $55,000 $60,000 + benefits and incentives
