Mechanical Assembler in Ramsey, MN Pay $19-22/hr Hours: 5:00am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday No Assembly experience required! Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be using hand and power tools, brazing copper to copper piping using an oxyacetylene torch. Each unit is custom-made, requiring you to cut the piping to length and assemble it according to specific customer needs. You will frequently work from blueprints and will also assist in assembling the housing for these racks. The position involves a lot of physical activity, including bending, kneeling, and twisting throughout the day. Responsibilities Brazing copper to copper piping using an oxyacetylene torch. Cutting piping to custom lengths based on customer requirements. Reading and interpreting blueprints as needed. Assembling housing for custom units. Engaging in physical activities such as bending, kneeling, and twisting. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. Experience with hand tools and a tape measure.
