About Us: We are Remy’s Coffee, a dynamic new mobile coffee shop bringing joy and delicious coffee to various locations around the city. Our mission is to create a warm, friendly environment for our customers, offering not just exceptional coffee but also a unique, engaging experience. We cater to everyone, including families, kids, and even pets!

Job Overview: We are looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and enthusiastic Mobile Coffee Shop Manager to be the face of our business. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our mobile coffee shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate is great with people, loves interacting with kids and pets, and has a knack for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service : Provide outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

  • Management : Supervise and manage a small team of baristas, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Trailer Hauling : Safely haul and set up the coffee shop trailer at various locations. Ensure all equipment is properly secured and functioning.

  • Operations : Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the trailer.

  • Event Coordination : Coordinate and manage special events, promotions, and community engagements.

  • Quality Control : Maintain high standards of coffee preparation and presentation. Ensure all health and safety regulations are met.

  • Financial Management : Handle daily cash transactions, track sales, and manage budget for supplies and staffing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience : Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a management position. Experience in the coffee industry is a plus but not required.

  • People Skills : Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. Enjoys working with children and pets.

  • Dependability : Highly reliable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic.

  • Technical Skills : Ability to safely haul a trailer. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and efficiency.
