Job Description Job Title: Multimedia Designer Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Multimedia Designer with expertise in video and photography content creation, production, and editing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in video production, video editing, photography production, motion graphics, and multimedia storytelling. This individual will play a key role in capturing and producing visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies for corporate marketing initiatives as well as hyperlocal private club brands. Key Responsibilities: Video Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across digital and social platforms. Video Production & Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects. Ensure timely delivery of video projects. Photography Production & Editing: Capture and edit high-quality photographs for use across various digital and print channels. This includes golf course, event, and lifestyle photography. Motion Graphics Design: Design and produce engaging motion graphics for videos, advertisements, and social media content. Content Planning & Storytelling: Collaborate with the marketing managers and clubs to develop multimedia content that aligns with brand messaging, marketing campaigns, and market launches. Project Management: Oversee the production process from pre-production planning to post-production, managing timelines, and ensuring high standards of quality. Equipment Management: Maintain and organize multimedia equipment, including cameras, lighting and sound equipment. Creative Input: Provide creative direction and input to enhance video and photo quality. Stay up to date on multimedia trends and technologies to continuously improve content. About You: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, and motion graphics work. Proficiency in video production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). Strong skills in motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects). Experience in lighting, sound design, and camera equipment. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling. Strong communication and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in brand-focused content creation. Knowledge of web and social media video requirements.
