We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional customer service and attention to detail. You will utilize your knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and various nail techniques to create beautiful and healthy nails while promoting a welcoming atmosphere in our salon.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend suitable products for their needs.
• Utilize color theory to assist clients in selecting nail colors that complement their style.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty services to enhance client offerings.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting products that align with client preferences.

Skills and Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience as a Nail Technician.
• Knowledge of cosmetology principles related to nail care is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure client safety.
• Ability to upsell services while maintaining a positive client experience. 
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with industry trends.
