We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic .NET Developer Intern with experience in C# to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and improvement of existing APIs and applications, ensuring smooth functionality to support our business needs. You will work closely with senior developers and other team members to deliver reliable and high-quality software solutions, while also troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. **PLEASE NOTE that this is a hybrid role and requires 3 days a week onsite in our Plano office location. Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is NOT approved for this position. If you require sponsorship either currently or in the future, we are not able to consider you for the .NET intern role. Assist in the development and maintenance of APIs under the guidance of senior developers. Participate in debugging and troubleshooting with support from the team. Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement changes based on project needs. Contributes to the creation and improvement of technical documentation for developed APIs. Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code, following best practices for code quality and performance. Develop unit tests and ensure accurate testing is conducted for new features and bug fixes. Work with DevOps teams to deploy the APIs using CI/CD pipelines. Requirements Pursuing Bachelor’s degree or greater in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Basic understanding of .NET development using C# or relevant coursework. 1+ years of hands-on experience with .NET development using C# is a plus. Familiarity with API development, debugging, and performance optimization in .NET applications. Basic understanding of RESTful services and web API development. Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React) is a plus. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
